Absolute joke of a practice, unable to get through on the phones, receptionists that don't make appointments, if you do manage to get seen it's for less than 5 mins and the issues are not sorted. Just forget about this clinic if you are employed, expected to call at an unknown time in the mornings to tell some non medical person your issues and they decide to pass on your information to a doctor, your then expected to wait all day for a call back at any time and then if you can't get down there and then to see them tough, try again another day. Absolute joke of a clinic and the should not be getting a single penny from the NHS for the service or lack of they are providing.

Have an appointment system, receptionists that answer phones, and I do not want to tell some "Karen" my issues for her to decide if I am sick enough for a doctor to know. Make them keep phone calls off loudspeaker as the whole waiting room can hear about the rash "John" has and get his mobile number too easy.

It is the most obstructive system. Only geared for those who don't work,; those who can sit by the phone for at least an hour to get through....then the rest of the day to wait for a callback. It took me 120 phonecalls recently just to order a script (which SHOULD have been added to online meds). As a nurse myself, i FULLY understand the current pressures. However, this surgery has had MAJOR issues since we'll before COVID. Bloods or scans are done and NO follow up for the patient.

There's not enough room here!!They should consider patients who work! I cannot take a call in work if I'm treating a patient. Likewise, i can't take a day off if I need to speak to a doctor. Have a system where NON urgent appointments could be made in advance? Why can we not have an online message service? This is the age of technology!! It's almost impossible to get through on the phone.....then the lines close at 11 am!!!! Ridiculous. Reception staff could learn a few manners. (I understand they may face verbal abuse at times, but do NOT start a conversation with the hostile, obstructive attitude that many present).

Website completely out of date. So difficult to get appointments and prescriptions - even medications on the online ordering service are not keep updated. Patient records are so out of date they appear unaware of patients' conditions, so much so that you often have to plead your case for required treatment. Don't know how they will cope with all the new housing and potential patients coming to Ballyclare.

Train some staff in dealing with patients courteously. Make contacting the surgery more accessible, it is really not acceptable to shut down all the line at 11am ...what are the staff in the surgery doing???

Website completely out of date. So difficult to get appointments and prescriptions. Take an age to answer and are rude when they do.

Update website. Train staff on patient care.

Tried getting through on the phone, it is impossible, tried going to the clinic, and no one would even answer the intercom or come to the door, terrible service

hire more staff or train the ones you have to actually do their job
